How Booknexo works

Four steps, and the only one with a deadline is the first. Most shops are taking bookings the same day they sign up — the honest bottleneck is writing down your own service list, not the software.

Set up in an afternoon, not a fortnight

Realistic timings for a typical one-to-five person shop. No onboarding call required — though we'll happily do one.

1

Create your account

About 30 seconds

Your business name, an email address and a password. That's the whole form.

2

Add your services and hours

Around 15 minutes

Set what you offer, how long each thing takes, what it costs, who does it, and when you're open.

3

Make it yours

10 minutes

Upload your logo, pick your colours, add a few photos of your work.

4

Share your link

Ongoing

Put your booking link and QR code in your Instagram bio, on the counter and in the window.

Before you start

Nothing here needs to be perfect, and all of it can be changed afterwards. Having it to hand is just the difference between an afternoon and a week of evenings.

Your service list

What you offer, roughly how long each one takes and what you charge. You can refine the timings later — the calendar uses them to work out what is genuinely free.

Your opening hours

When you are open, plus any regular breaks or days off. If you have staff, their hours too, since availability is worked out per person.

A logo and a few photos

Optional, but it is what makes the page look like your shop rather than like software. Your colours are picked from a preset or set exactly.

Somewhere to put the link

An Instagram bio, a Google Business profile, the window, the counter. A booking page nobody can find takes no bookings.

Rather see it than read about it?

There are real shops running on Booknexo that you can book a fake appointment through, end to end, without signing up for anything.
