Booknexo is online booking software for appointment businesses. You get your own booking page in your own colours, a dashboard for your calendar and staff, automatic confirmations and reminders, and an optional listing in the Explore directory — with no commission on bookings.
Who is Booknexo for?
Barbers, hair and nail salons, spas, clinics, physiotherapists, cleaners and other mobile trades, personal trainers, tutors, and online coaches who need 24/7 online appointment booking without marketplace commission fees.
How much does Booknexo cost?
There is a free plan for one person and up to 100 bookings a month. Paid plans are Starter at €19 per month (up to 2 staff, card payments and deposits through Stripe), Growth at €49 (up to 5 staff) and Pro at €99 (unlimited staff and bookings, your own domain). Do reminders work straight away?
Email confirmations and reminders work from the moment you take your first booking, sent by Booknexo under your shop's name with replies coming to you. If you would rather they came from your own email address, connect a free Resend, SendGrid, Brevo or Mailgun account. Text messages and WhatsApp do need your own Twilio or WhatsApp Business account.
