About Booknexo
What is Booknexo?
Booknexo is online appointment booking and business management software for service businesses. Each business gets its own branded booking page where clients choose a service, a staff member and a time, plus a dashboard for the calendar, staff, customers and payments. Booknexo charges a flat subscription, with a free plan, and takes no commission on bookings.
Booknexo is developed and run by TouchDesigns, a small team based in Malta. It is a young product: we are working closely with a small number of businesses and do not publish customer numbers, testimonials or awards.

Who Booknexo is for
Businesses that sell time with a person: one appointment, one staff member, a set length and price. It suits independent professionals and small teams. It is not event ticketing, restaurant table reservations, class-timetable software or a retail point-of-sale.
What problems it solves
- Clients who can only book by phone or direct message, and bookings lost in unread messages.
- Double bookings, solved with real-time availability per staff member that the database enforces.
- No-shows, reduced with automatic reminders, deposits and automatic no-show flagging.
- Booking admin: clients move or cancel their own appointments within the business's rules.
- Marketplace platforms that charge a fee on bookings and sit between a business and its clients.
Main features
- Branded booking page with logo, colours and gallery, on a Booknexo subdomain or, on Pro, your own domain.
- Services with durations, prices and add-ons; staff with their own services, hours, breaks and time off.
- Email confirmations and reminders from the first booking; SMS and WhatsApp through the business's own provider account on higher plans.
- Deposits and online card payments through the business's own Stripe account (Starter and up).
- Customer list, intake forms, reviews from completed appointments, discount codes and referrals.
- Recurring appointments, group bookings, broadcast messages and staff payroll reporting (Growth and up).
- Clinic mode with treatment notes and consent records, webhooks and WhatsApp (Pro).
- One-way calendar feed for Google, Apple and Outlook Calendar; embeddable booking widget; CSV export.
Full detail: features and integrations.
What makes it different
- No commission. A flat monthly price per business, and a free plan. No fee on new clients, returning clients or any booking.
- Your brand, not a marketplace listing. Clients book on a page that looks like the business, not alongside its competitors.
- Your customers stay yours. Each business's data is separated at the database level and exportable to CSV at any time.
- An optional directory. Businesses on Growth and up can list in Explore, but nothing depends on it.
How much Booknexo costs
- Free — Free forever: Trying Booknexo out. One person, up to 100 bookings a month.
- Starter — €19 / month: One person, one chair. Everything you need to take bookings online.

- Pro — €99 / month: An established business that wants its own domain and the full toolkit.
Every account starts on the free plan, with no card needed. Owners upgrade from Billing in their dashboard. There is no commission on any plan; card payments carry Stripe's standard processing fee. Full pricing · What the free plan includes
Where Booknexo is available
Booknexo is run from Malta and is used through a web browser, so sign-up is not limited to one country. The dashboard and booking pages are in English. Businesses can price services in euro, pound sterling, US, Canadian or Australian dollars, Swiss francs, Japanese yen or Moroccan dirham, and set their own time zone. Booknexo's own plans are billed in euro. Online card payments use Stripe Connect, so they are available where Stripe supports the business's country.
