What you get for free
The free plan gives you a public booking page for your business, with your services, prices and opening hours, and real-time availability that will not double-book you. Clients receive an email confirmation and reminder, sent under your business's name from your first booking, and can move or cancel their own appointment.
You also get a QR code that opens your booking page, reviews from clients who completed an appointment, automatic no-show flagging, and CSV export of your customers and bookings. There is no commission on bookings and no card required to sign up.
What the free plan leaves out: a second staff member, taking card payments or deposits, add-ons, intake forms, discount codes and the website widget all start on Starter. Text reminders, recurring bookings and marketing tools start on Growth.
