Agreement

By creating an account or using booknexo.com and related shop sites, you agree to these Terms. If you use Booknexo on behalf of a business, you confirm you are authorised to bind that business.

The service

Booknexo provides multi-tenant appointment booking software: public booking pages, staff dashboards, reminders, and optional marketplace listing. Features vary by plan. We may modify features with reasonable notice where practical.

Accounts & acceptable use

• Provide accurate registration information and keep credentials secure
• Do not abuse the platform, probe other tenants’ data, or send spam
• Comply with applicable laws for your industry (including marketing consent)
• You are responsible for the services you offer and bookings you accept

Subscriptions & payments

Paid plans are billed according to the pricing shown at signup or on /pricing. Fees are for software access; Booknexo does not take a commission on your service bookings. Payment processor fees for customer card payments are separate when enabled.

Your content & customers

You retain rights to your business content and customer relationships. You grant us a licence to host and process that content solely to operate Booknexo. Customer booking data is isolated per shop.

Availability & liability

We aim for high availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted service. To the extent permitted by law, Booknexo is provided “as is”, and our liability is limited to fees paid for the service in the three months before a claim.
