Copyright & content reports

What this covers

Businesses on BookNexo publish their own booking pages: photos, logos, descriptions and prices. Customers can leave reviews. If something there uses your work without permission, or is otherwise illegal, tell us and we will look at it.

How to report

Email hello@booknexo.com with the subject Content report and include:

• The address (URL) of the page, and which image or text you mean
• What the problem is: for copyright, the work you own and where your original is
• Your name and how to reach you
• A statement that you believe in good faith the use is not authorised, that the information in your report is accurate, and, for copyright, that you are the owner or are authorised to act for the owner
• Your signature (typing your full name is enough)

What happens next

• We confirm we received your report and review it promptly
• If it is valid, we remove or disable the content and tell the business that posted it
• The business can reply with a counter-notice if they believe it was removed by mistake; we pass it on and may restore the content if the claim is not pursued
• Accounts that repeatedly infringe others' rights are suspended
